Please read all of the information carefully about auditions. Auditions will be held 11/15.
See the google drive for the list of characters so you can see which ones are available.
In the google drive you will see folders of the characters that require you to sing a specific song. Prepare the provided material for the part that interest you most. If you are interested in one of the main parts you will be asked to sing that song cut for that character and a one minute cut of any musical theater song in the style of the show. You will also read the monologue that is in that characters folder.
If you are interested in only ensemble, please learn the song posted in the ensemble folder. (The SpongeBob Theme). You do not have to read anything on audition day. All cast members will have a role in the show. If you do not feel comfortable singing alone, we will pair you into groups.
In the google drive you will find a google form that ALL CAST MEMEBERS must fill out. On that form you can list any of the characters that interest you, BUT you only need to prepare the audition song for ONE of them.
There are instrumental tracks in each folder that you will sing with at the audition so please practice with them!!
Once you fill out the google form you will receive an audition time slot for November 15th and we will see students one at a time. (More details to follow)
This is an OPEN AUDITION CALL! Any Hudson county student ages 12-18 is welcomed to tryout.
